Richard Turner is a Coach/Massage Therapist who works with athletes
to teach them the details of their sport and make them better.
Richard knows how to find weaknesses in the body and train you on
getting rid of them thru body analysis and posture education. Keeping
in mind the sport you are playing.
Richard has coached football, basketball, track and field, and weight
lifting for the last 15 years. Richard has helped many athletes get
bigger, faster and stronger.
Richard is a state licensed Massage Therapist with a Physical Therapy background(CMTC). Certified Speed and Agility coach(Athletes Acceleration) Certified Football and Conditioning coach

Richard has been in the sports field for over 30 years, (athlete, coach, trainer and MT) Richard holds a degree in Massage Therapy from Pacific College, Certification from Athletes Acceleration for Agility and Speed.
With Richard's years of experience in training, he can make you a better player both physically and mentally.
