Track & Field Training

Rise n Fly Sports will be having track workouts Saturday afternoon at University HS in Irvine. Time 1:30. Our training focuses on sprint mechanics, strength and endurance training. Cost is $20 per session. The session usually last for 1.5 to 2 hours.
