Track Practice Today

We will be having track practice this morning at Lakeside HS in Lake Elsinore. Practice starts at 8 and will end around 930. Practice today will consist of 15 second sprints and tempo work. Anyone wishing to join the team can register on our site at www.risenflysports.com.
