Track training

Rise n fly is training track athletes at university High School in Irvine every Saturday from 1:30 to 3:30. We are currently creating base work for the upcoming season. We do also work on hurdle form, sprint mechanics and strength training. Our workout are great for sprinters, jumpers and hurdlers. come out and get ready for the season!
