Rise n fly is training track athletes at university High School in Irvine every Saturday from 1:30 to 3:30. We are currently creating base work for the upcoming season. We do also work on hurdle form, sprint mechanics and strength training. Rise n Fly Soccer Academy
Rise n Fly offers small group soccer training on Tuesdays. Our first group is located in Aliso Viejo at Aliso Canyon community park. 3:45 to 4:45. Cost is $30/athlete. 2nd group is located in Lake Elsinore at Alberhill sports park, 6:30pm to 7:30pm, cost $30 #soccer #soccertraining #soccerskills

Rise n Fly group training at Dana Point Lantern Bay park. Come out and get in your workout! We offer boot camp training wednesday and friday mornings. 630am to 730am.
